Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

1 pkg 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Sweetened Frozen Strawberries w/ Juice
(I froze the strawberries last year. Fresh berries washed, cut, sliced and sweetened with white sugar.)
1/4 Cup White Sugar
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Envelope Dream-Whip
1/2 Cup Cold Milk

In a medium sauce pan over medium heat bring strawberries, sugar and salt to a boil. Remove from heat add vanilla and lemon juice. Set pan into an ice bath to cool.

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Pour strawberries into cream cheese, beat to incorporate.

In a separate bowl beat dream whip and milk. Fold into strawberry and cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Garnish with Strawberry Jam if desired.
Serve with Graham Crackers, Nilla Wafers or Pretzels.
