Chocolate Syrup

1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
(I like to add 2 TBSP Dark Chocolate Powder)
2 Cups Sugar​
1/4 tsp Espresso Powder
​1 1/2 Cups Water
Pinch of salt​
1 tsp Vanilla

Mix cocoa, espresso powder and sugar in at least a 4 quart saucepan. Add water, heat and stir to dissolve. Boil for 3 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat.  Add salt and vanilla.

Let cool. Pour into a clean glass jar, store in the refrigerator. Keeps for several months, if you never show the rest of your family where you hide it.
