I should *WARN* you, these recipes are fluid. I have been fussed at by friends and family to “write down” my recipes. When asked “How did you make it?” my answer is invariably “It’s really easy you just….start with this and add some of that and OH YEAH I also did such and such”. You get the idea. Writing them down is a difficult task for me. I am a tactile home cook. I work by taste and texture. Rarely measuring , using on hand ingredients and changing spices on a whim. I cook until done, working by the “if it smells done its done” rule. When using someone else’s recipes they are more of a suggestion than stringent instruction.
Now that you know all of that I am sure you will understand why I will occasionally go back and change a component or two in the following recipes.
