Ingredients:
3-Sweet Potatoes (peeled/chopped/boiled in salt water just until tender/cool)
*Be careful sweet potatoes cook faster than white potatoes
2Tbls Pecan Pieces – (Toasted in skillet over medium heat
W/ 1/8 tsp each Crushed Red Pepper/Garlic Powder and ½ tsp Soy Sauce)
1-Thin Slice of Red Onion Finely Chopped
1Tbls Stone Ground Mustard
1 ½ tsp Soy Sauce
2tsp Cowboy Candy* Syrup
1tsp Cowboy Candy* Peppers Minced
2-3Tbls Mayo
½ Apple Diced
Paprika / Parsley
In a large glass or SS bowl (I am completely anti-plastic bowls) mix:
Red Onion, Mustard, 1tsp Soy Sauce, Cowboy Candy Syrup & minced Peppers
2-3Tbls Mayo
Added Potatoes and Apple
Garnish with Paprika and parsley
Refrigerate
